Standard Delivery from £4.99 on all orders or Free when you spend £99. Delivery within 10 working days in the UK, 15-20 outside the UK.
The shipping cost starts £9.99 to other countries, strongly depends on the weight. Orders shipping to the United Kingdom and to other countries will leave our store within three business days, however we aim sending out orders either the same day or next day latest.
We don’t ship on weekends and bank holidays Please also note that the shipping rates are flat rate based. The delivery normally is carried out by Royal Mail 1st Class tracked and signed or by Parcelforce in case of more weighty parcels.
However from time to time we might use different delivery provider.

Order Tracking

If a tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to know about it. We stand behind our products 100%. We guarantee the quality on everything we sell. If you think something doesn’t match up to our description of it, return the unused portion for a 100% refund or exchange, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund on your cost. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, get in touch with us via email or messenger, all returns must be authorized by Future Nail Store in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please reach us out via Facebook Messenger or email us: futurenailstore@gmail.com

Lost parcels must be reported within 20 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this. If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
